Likely made of stoneware with grog, which adds a gritty, rustic texture called "tooth". The interior has a bit of the gritty texture on the top but is smoother and has an orangey/rust color. This item came from an estate of an owner whose ex-wife is a potter/ceramist. Unsigned so the maker is unknown. See less
