The curved and dynamic shape made of bronze lands on a solid base made of pink natural stone. The bronze part has a very organic shape while the natural stone has an abstract geometric shape. This beautiful design contrasting lightness and solidity makes a fantastic table sculpture and center piece in any space. The pink onyx base can be detached, so it can be easily shipped. This sculpture is in beautiful and original condition. Curtis Jere is a pseudonym for the collaboration between Curtis Freiler (1910-2013) and Jerry Fels (1917-2007), two well-known American designers and artists. Both are known for their innovative designs of furniture and decorative arts. Together they created a wide range of artistic pieces of sculpture and metalwork. This sculpture beautifully reflects the innovative designs and collaborations of these two artists.
