I love beautiful shades of celadon and elephants too! The age and potter is a mystery, but this style of pottery is referred to as Sawankholok Celadon. It is not porcelain but rather some other type of white clay or earthenware. It appears to have originally had handles since the 2 small holes do not pierce the whole figure. This particular shade of green and the crazing is just so pretty. I cannot honestly estimate the age of this piece. However, a very similar one was verified to be hundreds of years old.
There is a fragment of about 1/2 inch missing from the top rope.
