Nice tall and heavy brass candlesticks, first half of the 18th century, though I feel they lean more towards the first half of that span. Possibly Dutch, as the previous owner mostly collected Dutch brass but I am not sure these fit.
Lots of old wear with a handsome older polish, very heavy at nine and a half pounds the pair. Really a spectacular set.
