Museum-Style Victorian Roll-Top Desk — Secret Compartments, Letter Slots, Storage Galore
A Very Fine Superb Quality and very attractive late Victorian Bureau having fine gallery to top and three lined drawers fitted with original brass handles above cylinder front which open to reveal small drawers, pigeon holes and burgundy color tooled leather writing section, the base having long drawer flanked by four small drawers, all fitted with original brass handles, cross banded and string lined, each side of the desk has the secret doors : storage. This fantastic desk retains its original finish, color and patina, all in wonderful condition ready to place at home. Please view pictures, circa 1890
