This antique mortar from Spain, once used to grind various ingredients for cooking or medicinal purposes, is nicely sized standing approximately 19.5" in height. It has an overall rounded shape with flat bottom. This piece is nicely weighted, has a lovely patina, and is missing stone along one top side (as can be seen in images). This 18th century Spanish stone mortar is a lovely stand alone decorative piece, which would also function beautifully as a planter (could be used both inside or outdoors). See less
