Most known for his unquestionable expertise and talent, William was entrusted with the printing of Johnson's Dictionary, and also published the works of famous philosophers.

Nowadays his original painting by Reynolds is located at the National Portrait Gallery in London. Honoring this Scottish gentleman so much appreciated as a printer and publisher, Wood Tailors' designers conceived this timeless rocking armchair.
Rigorously handcrafted in solid walnut wood and upholstered in linen, the William Rocking Armchair is enriched with a natural rattan texture on his arms, giving it a timeless touch, and embellished with brushed brass and leather details.

The William Armchair would look perfect next to a handcrafted center or side table in a deluxe living room. Signed by Maker See less
