Absolutely stunning pair of vintage Coastal lounge chairs designed by John Hutton for Donghia. The chocolate colored version is very rare-very few were produced. Chairs are imprinted on base with maker's mark. These chairs are absolutely stunning from all angles. Very solid and quite heavy. Beautiful wrapped rattan with mahogany trim. These chairs are from the Merbau Coastal line. These, as well as the Block Island style are becoming more and more difficult to find as both were made in limited production.
Chairs show normal signs of age and use.
