A fine carved and gilt late 18th-century to early 19th-century antique English painting frame with a gold and bronze gilt finish. The method of construction coupled with the worn, weathered condition provides a patina that speaks to the frame's age and adds to the frame's charm. A very good, antique, painting frame.
