Magnificent and rare set of six Vienna Secession armchairs. Design by Gebrüder Thonet Austria. Striking Austrian design from the 1920s. Original black lacquered beech frames and backs and seats are re-upholstered with a quality Backhausen re-edition fabric and original designed by Josef Hoffmann! Marked with Thonet underneath the seats. This wonderful set of six Vienna Secession armchairs by Gebrüder Thonet Austria is in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. This piece has an attribution mark,
