Two men in an office with bookcases full of files, a man in spectacles sitting in a wicker chair in front of a desk piled high with papers, holding up a very large, closely-written document, and looking at a younger man with a spotted neckerchief who sits leaning on the table, waving his glove cheerfully as they settle a mortgage.
The original painting is by Dendy Sadler and engraved by James Dobie.
Housed in a nice frame.
