Hans Widmann (1939–2018) was a German textile designer who worked for textile companies in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, and Scandinavia.
His textile design objects are unique pieces that have been exhibited in numerous exhibitions in Germany and abroad since 1971.
These include the Galerie Chantepierre (Aubonne, Switzerland) in 1974 and the 7th Biennale International de la Tapisserie (Lausanne, Switzerland) in 1975, as well as galleries in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Amsterdam, and other locations in Switzerland.
Hans Widmann created individual yarn constructions. Through the use of synthetic threads and fibers, he developed a multitude of new color and texture compositions. Under these circumstances, his unique design creations emerged, which led to an unmistakable style through avant-garde concepts and the use of his own color ideas. All of his works are unique. His works are attached to the wall with nails (not included).
For those who value something unique.
