Designed by Canadian artist Roger Couillard, this genuine World War II war bond advertising poster shows a weeping Russian woman in the midsts of a war-torn landscape.
Issued in 1943, the vintage World War 2 U.S Government home front poster is a rare smaller-size version of Couillard's poster.
Found folded in a U.S. Treasury Department envelope, the poster was never hung and is excellent condition.
