Excellent large antique or vintage Showa Era Japanese monochrome scroll print on paper. Depicting Two of Seven Japanese Lucky Gods - Daikoku and Ebisu and calligraphy. In Japanese culture Daikoku is God of Wealth and Ebisu is God of Good Luck and patron of fishermen. Beautiful composition and details. Ink on paper. Excellent condition for age - minor age wear, light few creases, that can be smoothed by hot ironing on the back side, minor staining and foxing. Ready to be framed. Japan, Showa Era, circa 1920-1940s or earlier.
