Antique set of 6 plates decorated in blue on a white ground in a pattern known as Adams Rose, after the Adams Potteries in Staffordshire. Unglazed pinhead size dots on the underside, arranged in triangular form, are evidence that these are early pieces. These marks were left by triangular separators placed between the plates when left to dry after decorating. IVery decorative to display on wall, cabinet or similar.
Measurements: 9 7/8" diameter approximately.
