This sculptural form, shape 2731, features pattern 663 décor with a refined grey crackle glaze, highlighted by an orange floral motif and bands of brown, grey, and gilt.

Fully marked on the underside with the Royal Copenhagen three wavy lines, pattern and shape numbers, Denmark mark, 1961 date code, and painter’s initials. Olsen’s work is represented in major museum collections, including MoMA (New York) and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris).

A sophisticated accent for mid-century or Scandinavian interiors, this piece blends subtle texture and color with timeless craftsmanship. Very good condition; substantial weight of approx. 1.5 lbs. unpacked.
