An exceptional pair of antique French Neo-Grec two-arm candelabra, beautifully crafted in bronze with patinas in dark bronze, gilt and copper-toned finishes. Each piece is designed in the form of a classical oil lamp, featuring a winged Cupid at its center holding a bow and arrows, with serpents slithering away to symbolize love’s triumph over the perils of lust. The base is richly detailed with scrollwork and rests on alternating lion paw and palmette-shaped feet.

This museum-quality set makes a refined and dramatic statement. Use them as an elegant centerpiece for a dining table, an accent on a mantel or console, or a focal point in a library or entryway. Their timeless design and symbolic detail also make them an extraordinary gift for a wedding, anniversary, or other milestone occasion.
