It comes from a limited-edition book entitled "Valentino", volume number 1038 out of 3500 published in 1982. This design is for a double layered bouffant styled dress with a black silhouette angled bodice. The dress features horizontal stripe color patterns on the upper puff and vertical lines on the lower layer. Note the side slit that allows the model's leg to peak out and note, too, the scallop edging on the triangular bodice and neckline. The model's bangles and drop earrings finish the look . Valentino has indeed created a showstopper! Chic, dynamic, edgy and elegant! The design is printed with high quality ink on hand made paper.
