Bloomingdales 1975 hand painted glass dishes are like looking at a time capsule when
Bloomingdales décor and furnishings were on the cutting edge of chic. The store had
legendary buyers and their room displays were museum quality proving grounds for all
things contemporary.
These dishes have been carefully stored and not used for 40 years. They are artfully
painted in oriental brush strokes. Black and white on beautiful simple glass of the
right weight and transparency.
