Very fine details in the casting and has a good bronze patina finish . The top cap is there and it also has double adjustable sockets . All in working condition . Possibly made around 1920 or 1940,s . No makers marks visible . The diameter of the base is 6 1/5 " and height is 27" . Needs to be packed well for safe shipping . See close up in photos See less
