We love these pieces of old glass, as rare as they are fragile. This carboy or Dame Jeanne was made in the 19th century and no one knows how many liters of schnapps or fruit brandy it contained during its long life. It is made of mouth-blown glass, of a beautiful brown color, with impurities and bubbles in the glass.
The carboy is made of blown glass. It is old, made of brown glass and in very good condition. This decorative object, more than a century old, is a testimony to artisanal know-how. Precious domestic objects, the Jeanne ladies were treated with great care and were used for breeding and preserving spirits.
