The Panton Junior chair is an ideal chair for children because it is approximately 25 percent smaller than the full-size Iconic designer Panton Chair, while still being identical in terms of material and shape.
With its vibrant and robust colors, as well as its pleasantly smooth curves, the 'Vitra' Panton Chair has always captivated the hearts of children. Both as a seating furniture and as a plaything.
Hence, the designer Verner Panton himself had the vision of creating a children's version of the chair in collaboration with 'Vitra' from the very beginning. However, this project failed over 35 years ago due to economic reasons. Nonetheless, it has now become a reality.
The 'Vitra Panton Junior' was developed based on Panton's original designs. It remains faithful to its material and proportions, but is approximately one-fourth smaller than the regular model. This makes the chair, which comes in seven different colors, a cherished and high-quality seat for children of kindergarten and primary school age.
As a pair, they also bring a delightful touch of playfulness to a child's room. They are equally at home in the living room when transported throughout the entire apartment. See less
