The color lithograph print is printed in Germany in 1955, it features a famous artwork originally created by Picasso in 1927 titled " Seated Woman ".

Pablo Picasso ( 1881 - 1973 ) was a Spanish born painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, poet and playwright who spent most of life in France. He is regarded as one of the most important and influential artists of The 20th Century. Exceptionally prolific throughout the course of his long life, Picasso achieved universal renown and immense fortune for his revolutionary artistic accomplishments, and became one of the most well known figures in 20th Century Art.

The rare out of print lithograph print plate is a page from an original vintage artists publication. It is attached to the page with a method called " tipping " where it is attached by hand to the page on 3 corners. This print is suitable for framing.

The lithograph print plate measures 6 1/2" W X 9 1/2" H, on a page that is 8" W X 11 1/2" H. It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling.
