Offered is a HTF Reed Barton Sterling Silver Les Cinq Fleurs pierced bowl tomato serve.
These appear to have been made in small numbers, likely due to the cost of a heavy piece with limited use. Almost all the LCF tomato servers that come on the market are custom pieces with stainless blades.
This art nouveau floral pattern was patented in 1900.
This gorgeous server is 8 1/2" long and weighs 84 grams.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
