Constructed of oak, it is … Read more Standing almost two feet tall, this English Cider or Water Jug makes an impressive statement. Constructed of oak, it is made just like a barrel, with oak staves held in place by brass bands. Probably dating from the late 19th/early 20th century, it now shows some shrinkage in a few places between the staves but makes a great decorative piece with its bold curved handle and huge spout.
