Robert Rauschenberg ( 1925 - 2008 ) is recognized as one of the 20th Century's most influential and prolific artists. he is credited with binding the gap between movements of Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art. A pioneer of the " Transfer Drawing " process, he experimented in technologically sophisticated combinations of photographs and drawings. he is highly regarded as a Modern Master of mixed media and collage. The works are layered and transcend the two dimensional format for the viewer. The rare out of print lithograph calendar print measures 19 1/4" W X 23" H, with an image area of 15 1/2" W X 20 3/4" H. It is printed on high quality paper stock with a satin finish. It is in very good vintage condition consistent with age, use, and light signs of handling and wear in the margin and edge areas. it has never been framed. Please see photos for condition reference.
