It is a dramatic spotlight for a stage production out of a theater, or a movie set. It comes on a rolling base, can be adjusted to about any angle! It has bakelite handles to back, as well as colored lense switches to side. There is some sort of power supply box to bottom with a 220 volt plug, we have not tested. Great as a prop, or shoot a beam of colored light anywhere you want! Measurements are with lamp in horizontal position, we be tall when tilted back. Bakelite, being fugitive to light, changes colors over time. So, the lense color knob will differ with lense to inside on some. The black switch eclipses the beam of light. Great conversation piece!
