Classical floral rosettes, symmetrical foliate motifs, and brass-tone metal appliqués add dimension and decorative contrast. The sculptural silhouette also complements Hollywood Regency, Empire-inspired, and eclectic interiors.

The existing painted and gilt finish was intentionally preserved rather than completely refinished. A professional wood finisher performed localized touch-ups to minimize the most prominent imperfections while retaining the chairs’ vintage character and tonal variation. The frames are firm and stable.

All six chairs were professionally reupholstered in brown cotton fabric with matching welted edges, and the seat padding was replaced. The combination of warm brown upholstery, aged ivory paint, gold accents, and classical detailing gives the set a refined yet highly decorative presence around a dining table.
