Luxury gold giltwood with neoclassical motifs, detailed filigree moldings and decorative millwork. Grandeur curio cabinet boasts the glam with rich ornate carvings of emblems, scrolls and conch shell designs. Painted gold surfaces of gesso and carvings in a warm gold color with depths of deep antiqued gold patina edges. A tall structure, a showcase vitrine with exaggerated crown moldings, full panel door and sides with clear glass finished on all three sides. The interior has 3 floating glass shelves for display over a backdrop of tufted fabric back panel and base encased in tone on tone golden scroll damask. Designed with locking door hardware in antique brass finish which included with skeleton key entry.
Made in Italy, unknown designer. Neoclassical, traditional concepting that follows the lines of Baroque and Neoclassical Louis XV in the lines and art. Classic concepting that brings glamour to newly decorated spaces which requires a pop of hollywood or provincial flair. Great use for art display in hallways, dressing room storage for accessories and collections alike, bathroom storage for linens and towels.
