I bought this poster in a group of 3 posters from a local collector. This is a wonderful scarce original turn of the Century poster advertising a famous pocket watch company that 'Keeps better time than the sun.' Poster measures 64 x 49 inches and is in excellent shape. It has been laid down on linen for protection and preservation. It usually is a pretty expensive poster but this one actually had a problem that made my client have to trim the top in order to preserve it. The top 8-10 inch border is just the saying about the sun in blue. It still looks great and you cant tell unless you know the original poster. A few minor tears and creases that were fixed with the laying down on linen. Really overall it is still a very good example of this rare poster. Stored in a poster tube and will be shipped that way.
