The chair is a primitive furniture made by hand from one large, solid log of wood. The log has then been hollowed and shaped into the current form. Made from pine around the mid 1800s in Sweden. The model of chair has very old ancestry dating all the way back to the 1600s. There is some distress and smaller dry cracks. See less
