This is an original antique French botanical chromolithograph that dates to the 1880s. It has a wonderful quality with rich natural colors. It features the cineraires plant, a hybrid daisy-like flower. The beautiful purple and lavender blossoms have deep color tones are burst out from their leaves. Note the intricate details of the leaves and petal shadings. Note too the busy bee that is attracted to the fragrant flowers. Works with all decor styles. 10.25 x 14.5 inches in size. It is extremely hard to find such antique botanicals in clean condition with no age indications. This one is in excellent condition. See less
