Antique Satsuma Outdoor Scene Decorative Egg . This is a gorgeous piece of Oriental antique collectible Figurines known as Satsuma. There are so many wonderful colors throughout the egg and makes a beautiful display and definitely a conversation piece.
Fine craqueleur of the glaze was done purposefully at manufacture for decorative effect. nineteenth and early twentieth century ware that many of today’s collectors seek was decorated with gold and hand painted artwork. With its gorgeous hand painted artwork all throughout, there are two scenes on either side of the egg of nature with Asian birds and flowers outdoors and beautiful hand-painted detail and design. The egg is in excellent condition and makes an amazing and memorable gift.YT
