Can be used for wine or liquor, even tea or a flower cart in your garden. Made of quality wrought iron. Has two large, rolling wheels with scrolled designs, which match the overall design of the cart. Made by Roberds Furniture. Label on reverse of top. In excellent condition with minimal use wear to top. Was recently painted. There is no damage or repairs.
