Handmade leather dog "boxer" from deru, wiesbaden. Germany 1960s.
these little leather animals were designed, folded and riveted by hand from just one thick piece of leather.
stamped deru germany.
the deru company was based in wiesbaden, germany.
since each animal is made by hand, it is always unique with a different facial expression and size.
this model has a grumpy charming expression.
