The recessed pedestal base under the piece has some small chips and imperfections at the floor line that have been touched up and are basically invisible when piece is in place. The main upper parts are in excellent refinished condition. The drawer works perfectly, however, is quite small in depth. This piece is extremely heavy and well-made. less
