Lynn Chase Designs is currently a line of highly-sought after tablewares founded by New York-based artist Lynn Chase. (Music boxes and other giftware were some of her earlier works.) Items are directly inspired by her wildlife paintings.

A native of New York, Lynn Chase graduated from Bennett College and completed her studies at the New York School of Interior Design. In the 1970s she traveled extensively throughout Africa sketching and photographing wildlife. A self-taught painter, Lynn Chase displayed her paintings in one-woman and group-exhibitions at galleries across the country and abroad throughout the 1970s and 1980s.

In 1988 she launched Lynn Chase Designs. One of her first patterns, Jaguar Jungle (see my shop more Lynn Chase including this pattern) continues to be a best seller. She now offers over two dozen designs, including eleven complete dinnerware collections and a wide assortment of giftware and accessories. Lynn Chase remains the sole designer and guiding force behind her company. A portion of the proceeds of Lynn Chase Designs are generously donated to her Chase Wildlife Foundation..
