This unique piece of furniture doubles as a lighted console table or sofa table and a metal-lined planter. The original textured milk glass top covers two tube bulbs, and the bottom has a removable metal insert. It features faux bamboo trim and the original finish.

This table is perfect for plant enthusiasts who have limited access to sunlight. You can use it to grow herbs in your kitchen, start seedlings indoors, or use it for African violets, orchids, or ferns in your living room. It is an excellent choice for recreational gardening.

It is in very good condition and still in working order. The table lights up, and there's very limited wear to the finish appropriate to its age and use. The original glass is free of chips and cracks. The attached sticker label reads "John M Smyth Established 1867 by Drexel Heritage Furnishings Illuminated Cabinet."

The table measures 36 inches wide by 14 inches deep and is 30 inches high. The removable glass insert measures 31 inches wide by 9 inches deep. The removable metal tray measures 33 inches wide by 5.25 inches deep by 11.5 inches high.
