For your consideration, a pair of 1960s Don Shoemaker Sloucher lounge chairs, in solid cocobolo rosewood and black leather. Iconic example of Organic, Mexican Mid-Century Modern design.
Organic, bone-like shapes and structure, with solid cocobolo rosewood construction and pinned joints. The seating is made from thick cut black leather slings with hand stitched seams.
Retains original "SEÑAL, S.A. HECHO EN MEXICO." label, which is pictured.
Wonderful condition. Clean and ready for use. Comfortably supports my frame (6'1", 210lbs). These chairs are a joy to use and experience.
