Vintage hand made hammered brass boat shaped vessel with ball foot. Made by Egidio Casagrande (1911-1962) in Italy and marked on the bottom 'Casagrande Forge Trento, Italy' and numbered 448. Piece has beautiful patina and is in very good condition.
Casagrande is renown for his work as a master craftsman who worked on the metal designs and armors for classic Hollywood movies like Ben Hur and The Ten Commandments.
