I used iced for a descriptive, but it would be more accurate to say iridescent fringe as it highly resembles a 1920s fringed gown. At 3" round and 5" tall, they're perfect for anything. Does anyone know if champagne floats are a thing that exists? If it doesn't, it should. See less
