Crafted in France circa 1860, the collection includes three graduated pans, each constructed of solid copper with long, hand-forged wrought iron handles securely attached with sturdy rivets.

The pans feature classic cylindrical forms with flat bottoms, straight sides, and substantial iron handles ending in hanging loops. The warm, polished copper exteriors display a rich reddish-gold patina, beautifully contrasted by the dark, aged iron handles. The interiors retain their traditional metal lining, showing variations in wear and patination consistent with their age and culinary history. The copper measures approximately 1/16 inch thick at the rims, reflecting their traditional construction.

The collection includes a large sauté pan, a smaller sauté pan, and a deeper saucepan, offering an attractive assortment of sizes and proportions. Originally used in French kitchens for preparing sauces and other dishes, these antique utensils are equally appealing today as decorative accessories. Hang them from a traditional pot rack or display them on open shelves, above cabinetry, or in a French country kitchen.

The three antique copper pans are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, with beautifully polished exteriors and original wrought iron handles. Any intended cooking use would require verification of the interior lining.
