Pretty in scale and size … Read more Rare extra large antique English ironstone ginger jar, stamped maker's mark on verso dates 1890. Pretty in scale and size measuring nearly 14.5" in height with a sturdy rolled edge. The lid to this vessel is imperfect with large chips on it's underside. We think it would make a wonderful repurposed vessel, for everyday use without it's damaged lid. As found at an estate sale, we think this exceptional old vessel has it all. We love to style them with a handful of vibrant blooming lilac's.
