This spectacular bronze six-arm chandelier was made in France, ca 1770 -1780, Louis XVI - Regency period
Soldi bronze, some graces of gold.
Symmetrical structure with straight lines and edges with some scrolling. Stunning decorations with palmettes, acanthus leaves, volutes, sculpted male faces and a stunning tassel, all in solid bronze
The chandelier has its original chain with rosette and hook (see photo)
This is a top quality chandelier with great craftsmanship

This so called “Mazarin” chandelier is named after the Bronze Chandelier in the reading room of the Bibliothèque Mazarine, or Mazarin Library in Paris, founded by Cardinal Jules Raymond Mazarin (1602–1661)see photo

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
