This lovely, nearly 100 years old pale pink "Depression Glass" cake/serving platter is absolutely precious. The scalloped/lace edge is referred to as "Open Work", and is the only decoration to the platter as it has no etched detail or texture. This piece was hand blown by the Lancaster Glass Company in the 1930's. It measures 14" edge to edge, 11" interior platter, 4" base, 1" tall and the glass is .25" thick.
This would be a stunning piece to use at a Bachelorette, Bridal or Baby shower, and would make the perfect memorable gift!
