Cart has push bar handles on both sides to push from either side with scrolled sides and end caps with gold highlights. Wheels all roll smoothly as they should and each wheel has small rubber strip in the middle to help with traction. Beveled glass tops fit and sit very firmly on bases and are removable. Cart is in excellent condition with minor wear and imperfections to painted surface consistent with its age and use.
