This is an original hand colored Lithograph by Dutch Artist J. G. Keulemans. It was professional framed in the 1940's in a beautiful wood frame with stunning and rare black and beige scrolling coloring on the border of the glass in the frame. The bold art depicts in vivid colors, two Burmese Roller Birds (Coracias affinis) which are now considered to be a subspecies of the Indian roller (Coracias benghalensis). The art is so beautiful you may think you are looking at real feathers! The background of the print is cream color in color, with shading. The back has a universal hanging, ready to be easily placed on any wall.

Johannes Gerardus Keulemans (J. G. Keulemans) (8 June 1842 – 29 March 1912) was a Dutch bird illustrator . His work is characterized by its consistency, showing little change over the course of his career, and focused to an extraordinary degree on the rendering of fine detail. M. & N. Hanhart was a London lithographic publishing house founded by Michael Hanhart and Nicholas. The firm's heyday is considered between 1839 & 1882.
