The lithograph print poster is a page from a large format art calendar published by Dumont Art, printed in an unnumbered limited edition in West Germany in 1980, in association with Universe Books New York City. It features an original Pop Art artwork by the British artist Allen Jones titled " Curtain Call " created in 1975 - 1976.

Allen Jones ( B.1937 ) is a British Pop artist best known for his paintings, sculptures, and lithography. he was awarded the Prix Des Jeunes Artistes at the 1963 Paris Biennale. He is a senior Academician at The Royal Academy of Arts. As one of the first British Pop Artists, Jones produced increasingly unusual paintings and prints in the late 1950's and early 1960's. He was part of a unique generation of students at The Royal College including David Hockney. Artworks by Jones are included in the permanent collections of many of the worlds most prestigious museums including The Tate Gallery London, The Museum Ludwig, and The Smithsonian Institution Hirschorrn Museum and Sculpture Garden.

The rare out of print large format Pop Art lithograph calendar print poster measures 19 1/4" W X 23" H. It is in excellent " like new " vintage condition consistent with age, use and light signs of handling. It has never been framed. Please see photos for condition reference.
