Designer Renzo Burchiellaro, also known as Lorenzo Burchiellaro, was an Italian designer and sculptor born in 1933 and disappeared in 2017. He is famous for his skill in working with various metals, using materials ranging from gold and silver to bronze, brass, aluminum, zinc, pelt and copper. His artistic creations ranged from pieces of practical furniture to sculptures, often blending the boundaries between functionality and art. Burchiellaro's work is characterized by its ability to create organic textures and rich details, making each piece both decorative and functional.
