A scarce French barbotine majolica pastel glazed Asparagus plate, circa aker unknown.
The mint green plate is of high quality ceramic, showing arching asparagus spears tipped in a beautiful burgundy glaze on a raised molded bed of overlapping leaves. A deep sauce well is at the bottom.
Unusual coloring.
